FCC Student Team

Are you passionate about making a difference in the next generation? Join our Student Ministries team and be a part of shaping young lives for Christ. As a volunteer, you’ll help lead small groups, foster meaningful relationships, and create a fun, faith-filled environment where students feel seen, known, and loved.
We're looking for leaders who are committed to discipling students by:

Setting the example in speech, conduct, love, faith, and purity (1 Timothy 4:12).
Helping students connect to God through Bible reading, prayer, and real conversations that point them toward Jesus.
Encouraging community by guiding small groups and participating in engaging large group activities.
Modeling a servant’s heart by inspiring students to serve others both inside and outside the church.

This is more than a volunteer opportunity—it’s a calling to walk alongside students as they discover who God made them to be. If you have a heart for youth and a desire to invest in their spiritual journey, we’d love to talk with you!
